Mploy Group are working with a growing software business to appoint a Customer Relationship Manager / Account Manager on a fixed-term basis.
This role will play a key part in managing and developing customer relationships, ensuring strong engagement, retention, and long-term value. You’ll act as the main point of contact for customers, supporting them in adopting software solutions and helping them maximise value.
This is a remote role with regular travel to client sites, so a full UK driving licence is essential.
The Role
* Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers
* Drive customer engagement, adoption, and retention of SaaS solutions
* Develop a deep understanding of customer goals, challenges, and industry trends
* Support onboarding of new customers to ensure smooth adoption and integration
* Work closely with internal teams including Product, Support, Sales, and Marketing
* Monitor account health, usage, and feedback to identify risks and opportunities
* Support renewals and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
* Deliver regular account reviews, success plans, and performance updates
* Maintain accurate records within CRM systems such as HubSpot
* Support project-based work including pilots and new customer setups
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar roles within a SaaS or technology environment
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to build relationships across all levels of an organisation
* Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach
* Experience using CRM or customer success platforms
* Commercial awareness with the ability to identify growth opportunities
* Understanding of SaaS delivery models
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to client sites
