This role will be hybrid working after 2 weeks training in the Ripponden office.

Description

Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively.
Act as the primary point of contact for customer queries and concerns.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions for clients.
Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for growth.
Ensure all client information is accurately maintained and updated in company systems.
Handle customer complaints professionally to achieve resolution and satisfaction.Profile

A successful Customer Relationship Manager should have:
