We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Order Coordinator to join a small, supportive team managing customer orders for both UK and international clients. This is a great opportunity to build your career within a growing organisation on the outskirts of Cambridge.

This is a full-time, office-based role.

Main duties will include:

* Manage customer orders from receipt through to despatch for UK and international customers

* Act as the first point of contact for customer order and delivery enquiries

* Accurately process and enter sales orders within agreed turnaround times

* Monitor delivery commitments and proactively manage orders at risk of delay

* Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to resolve order issues

* Liaise with Production, Purchasing, Logistics, and other departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment

* Prepare and process despatch documentation and delivery confirmations

* Maintain high standards of customer service and administrative accuracy

The ideal candidate will have:

* GCSEs in Maths and English

* Strong IT and computer literacy

* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

* Calm and professional under pressure

* Enthusiastic, motivated, and reliable

* Clear and effective communication skills (written and verbal)

* Team player with a strong customer service focus
