We are currently seeking a Temporary Customer Liaison Officer to join a busy and fast-paced team. This is a field-based role covering the Chester area.
You will act as a key point of contact between customers, site teams, and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and a positive customer experience throughout project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the main point of contact for residents and customers
* Handle sensitive situations with professionalism and empathy
* Liaise with site teams, contractors, and internal departments
* Provide clear updates and manage customer expectations
* Maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office systems
* Support the smooth delivery of works by ensuring effective communication
Essential Requirements
* Previous experience in a similar customer-facing or liaison role
* Strong communication skills and ability to manage sensitive situations
* Resilient with confident negotiation abilities
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (mileage reimbursed)
Desirable Skills & Experience
* Experience within a regulated or customer-focused service environment
