Key Responsibilities for a Customer Experience Specialist

* Deliver high-quality support via phone, email, and live chat.

* Resolve customer queries efficiently, ensuring clear communication and timely updates.

* Escalate complex issues appropriately while maintaining ownership of the customer experience.

* Guide customers through key product features and workflows ensure full utilisation.

* Consistently meet productivity and quality targets.

Key skills for a Customer Experience Specialist

* Confident written and verbal communication

* Minimum of 2 years’ experience within Customer Support role

* Flexibility to work over UK Public holidays.

* Experience in a tech company – desirable
