* Support recruitment and engagement of new participants.

* Proactively follow up enquiries and waiting lists to maximise attendance.

* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

* Strong organisational and administrative abilities.

* Confident using IT systems and online booking platforms.

* Able to manage competing priorities and work independently.

* A proactive, empathetic and solutions-focused approach.

Desirable Experience

* Experience supporting children, young people or vulnerable individuals.

* Knowledge of local authority referral processes.

* Understanding of short-break services, including one-to-one and group provision.

* Experience working with families, schools, social workers or other professionals.

* Experience managing bookings, waiting lists or service capacity.

The Opportunity

This is a rewarding opportunity to use your communication and organisational skills in a role that makes a genuine difference to children, young people and families.
