Customer Coordinator - Based near to Finedon- 12 month fixed term contract
A brand-new opportunity has become available for a Customer Coordinator to join a well-established business based near Finedon! This is an initial 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave.
Our client is an established construction business offering a friendly working environment and a supportive team. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in the day-to-day running of the hire desk, delivering excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth coordination of equipment hire.
Key Benefits of the Customer Coordinator:
Salary up to £29,000 per annum
Monday–Friday working hours
Up to 25 days’ holiday plus bank holidays

Responsibilities of the Customer Coordinator:
Managing customer enquiries via telephone and email
Coordinating equipment hires and off-hires
Building and maintaining strong customer relationships while delivering excellent service
Arranging equipment deliveries to customer sites
Handling invoice and credit queries
About You:
Previous administration or customer service experience is essential
Experience processing and managing orders is essential
Confident communicating with customers via telephone and email
Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
Experience within hire, rental, construction, engineering, merchant or industrial environments would be advantageous
You may have experience as a Hire Coordinator, Customer Coordinator, Hire Administrator, Sales Administrator, Sales Coordinator, Rental Administrator, Customer Service Advisor, Service Controller, Plant Coordinator or in a similar role.
Please note this is a 12 month fixed term contract, there is a possibility to go permanent but isn't a guarantee initially.
