An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Customer Care Coordinator to join a leading UK housebuilder. This role sits within a busy Customer Care team and plays a key part in ensuring customers receive a high standard of aftercare service across multiple residential developments.
The successful candidate will be highly organised, customer-focused, and confident coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

Manage incoming customer care calls and log all issues accurately
*
Coordinate materials and subcontractor attendance to ensure maintenance and defect works are completed efficiently
*
Liaise with Customer Care management to ensure all defects are monitored and resolved
*
Maintain and update customer care logs and trackers
*
Check invoices and process for payment approval
*
Work closely with the Buying team to order materials as required
*
Regularly report defects to subcontractors and monitor progress
*
Arrange completion of end-of-defects works for Housing Associations
*
Liaise with Site Teams to ensure remedial works are completed within agreed timescales
*
Support Sales Teams by responding to customer queries
*
Book appointments for suppliers, subcontractors, and site teams to address latent defects
Working Arrangements
*
Flexible approach to daily duties and working hours
*
Ability to travel to development sites and the divisional office
*
Occasional Saturday working (09:00 – 13:00)
