What you'll be doing:
Handle customer enquiries by phone and email in the spare parts team
Prepare quotations and process customer orders
Raise purchase orders and liaise with suppliers
Coordinate couriers and monitor deliveries
Maintain accurate records on internal systemsThis is what you'll need:
Customer service or order processing experience via telephone and email
Experience in manufacturing or engineering environments or similar
Experience working with parts, spares, or components
Confident communicator with strong attention to detail
Comfortable using internal order management systems
IT skills, including Microsoft Office packagesAnd this is what you'll get in return:
