Must Have’s to be a Customer Coordinator
* Strong communication skills, you’ll be speaking to customers and businesses via phone and email
* Team Player attitude, you’ll be joining a small, trusting and close-knit team. This is key to ensure the 4-day working week can operate smoothly
* Possess a passion for providing first-rate service and experience taking control of the client experience.
Nice to have’s to be a Customer Coordinator
* Previous experience working within financial services or an FCA regulated environment
* Previous experience working within an office is preferred
* Experience dealing with sensitive or confidential data and information
Key Responsibilities
* Handle fresh applications that come in via email or other channels
* Manage interactions with customers and/or business partners to get more data needed to process applications
* Make sure all accepted applications are accurately documented
* Manage client communications by taking in and responding to inquiries via incoming mail and phone calls, translating customer requests into a solution, and recording and updating relevant systems.
