The role will involve coordinating customer care enquiries, managing and prioritising jobs, liaising with homeowners, site teams and contractors, arranging appointments, monitoring outstanding works and ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and to a high standard.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Previous experience in customer care, administration or coordination
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* The ability to manage multiple jobs and deadlines
* Strong attention to detail and a customer-focused approach
* Previous experience within new build housing or construction would be advantageous
