Customer Care Coordinator

Salary: Up to £30,000

As a Customer Care Coordinator, you will act as the first point of contact for customers who have recently purchased a new build home from the developer. You will support the department in delivering a high-quality, professional service focused on achieving exceptional customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
* Work collaboratively within the Customer Care team.
* Chase subcontractors regarding outstanding defects on a weekly basis.
* Respond to all customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
* Ensure that property defects are logged promptly and accurately.
* Maintain up-to-date records of calls to all new homeowners, reporting any issues immediately to the Sales, Construction, Customer Care teams.
* Provide additional ad hoc administrative and departmental support as required.
Requirements
* Previous experience within the house-building sector in a similar role.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* An approachable, calm, and professional demeanour.
* Competent user of Microsoft Outlook.
