Salary and Benefits:
* An hourly rate of £13.00 per hour
* Appointment-related incentive scheme
* Working Pattern: Weekdays and 1 in 2 Saturdays 10.00 am - 3.00 pm
* In weeks when you work a Saturday, you will also work one weekday
* In weeks when you are not scheduled for a Saturday, you will work two weekdays

Duties and Responsibilities:
* You will act as the first point of contact for customers ensuring enquiries are handled warmly and professionally
* Answering incoming telephone calls
* Welcoming and engaging with potential customers visiting the showroom
* Scheduling customer appointments using our established processes
* Ensuring all appointment details are correctly recorded and communicated
* Sending and managing follow-up emails
* Organising and dispatching brochures and letters
* Maintaining accurate and tidy records in line with their system
Minimum Skills and Experience Required:
* Confident and friendly communication skills
* Computer literate in MS Office
* A background working in commercial customer service
* Well organised and accurate administrative skills
