We are currently seeking Customer Care Agent to support airport operations in a busy and fast-paced environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about customer service and enjoy helping others. In this role, you will assist passengers who require additional support during their journey through the airport, ensuring they travel safely, comfortably, and with confidence.

04:00 - 10:00
12:00 - 18:00

22:00 - 04:00Flexibility to work across all shift patterns is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver outstanding customer service and passenger support
Assist passengers with reduced mobility throughout the airport
Operate wheelchairs and mobility vehicles safely and responsibly
Provide assistance with luggage when required
Conduct routine equipment inspections and report any defects
Ensure all equipment remains clean, safe, and operational
Liaise effectively with airport teams and operational departments
Complete relevant documentation accurately and on time
Support wider airport activities as required
About You

Desirable Skills & Experience
Full UK driving licence (preferred but not essential)
Previous experience in customer service, passenger assistance, hospitality, or airport operations
