We are seeking a proactive and detail‑driven Customer Care Administrator to join our busy team. You’ll play a key part in maintaining exceptional customer service standards and ensuring every customer receives a smooth, positive experience from start to finish. This role suits someone who enjoys problem‑solving, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and takes pride in delivering high‑quality support.
Key Responsibilities
* Process customer credits and returns accurately and within agreed timeframes.
* Manage post‑delivery issues such as damaged or missing items.
* Work closely with the Compliance team to investigate and resolve customer-facing non‑compliances and improvement opportunities.
* Use company systems (including Sage and SOP processes) to manage customer service tasks efficiently.
* Provide inbound telephone support to the Sales team.
* Proactively engage with customers to uphold service levels.
* Collaborate with internal teams and line managers to ensure smooth operations.
What We’re Looking For
* Strong knowledge of Sales Order Processing systems and procedures.
* Experience processing large volumes of data with accuracy.
* Working knowledge of Sage ideally but not essential
* Confident IT skills, including Excel and Word.
* A supportive team player with excellent time management.
* Ability to work to strict deadlines with high attention to detail.
