Customer & Sales Support Coordinator
Location: Paisley, Glasgow
Pay Rate: £14.71 per hour (Equivalent to approximately £28,600 annually)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm
Work Pattern: Hybrid - 2 days working from home after approximately 6 weeks of training
Parking: Available on-site
Start Date: As soon as possible
Contract Duration: Minimum 12 months (temporary with potential for extension)

Role Summary:

A global organisation and leader in its industry is seeking a Customer & Sales Support Coordinator to join its expanding team. This role is integral to supporting customer operations by processing orders, creating quotations, and handling telephone and email enquiries. The position also involves supporting internal teams and responding to technical queries, all while maintaining a high standard of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Process customer orders and prepare accurate quotations

Respond promptly to customer enquiries via phone and email

Provide administrative and technical support to the sales and customer service teams

Maintain and update records within SAP, CRM, or equivalent systems

Manage multiple tasks effectively and work accurately under pressure

Develop and maintain strong working relationships with both internal teams and external customers

Essential Skills and Experience:

Recent experience in a customer support or administrative role

Familiarity with SAP, CRM, or similar systems

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels

Confident and clear communicator, both verbally and in writing

Highly organised with the ability to prioritise workloads

Detail-oriented and able to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment

A strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service
