Construo Recruitment is working with a leading telecoms provider to recruit a Partner Success Executive. This role blends account management and customer support, focused on helping channel partners succeed with hosted voice and connectivity solutions.
This is a non-targeted, relationship-led role, supporting partners who generate their own sales.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and support a portfolio of channel partners
* Build strong relationships with key stakeholders
* Handle escalations and ensure smooth service delivery
* Monitor orders, tickets, and provisioning workflows
* Provide performance insights and identify growth opportunities
* Support onboarding and ongoing partner success
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in telecoms, VoIP, or connectivity support
* Background in account management or customer service
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Comfortable managing multiple priorities and stakeholders
