We are looking for a Customer Account Manager to support the delivery and growth of key client contracts for a well-established installation and maintenance company.
 
You’ll be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing account performance and ensuring high standards of service delivery. Working closely with internal teams, subcontractors and clients, you’ll play a key role in maintaining long-term partnerships while supporting operational excellence.

Customer Account Manager
Job Description

Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of client accounts
Oversee the account performance, profitability, quality and service delivery
Log and manage breakdowns
Raise purchase orders and liaise with subcontractors
Prepare quotations following breakdowns and planned preventative maintenance

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

Prior experience within an account management position
Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
Strong IT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
