An exciting opportunity has arisen for a creative and commercially minded CRM Marketing Manager to join a growing multi-site business with a strong national presence. This is a varied, hands-on role where you'll take ownership of CRM, digital campaigns and customer engagement strategies across multiple consumer brands. Working within a collaborative marketing team, you'll play a key role in delivering engaging customer journeys, improving retention and driving repeat business through data-led marketing activity.
The Role
Manage and deliver CRM and email marketing campaigns
Build and optimise customer journeys and automated communications
Analyse campaign performance and customer engagement data
Support loyalty and membership initiatives
Work closely with marketing, commercial and operational teams
Help shape customer communications across several exciting brands
What We're Looking For
Previous experience within CRM, digital marketing or lifecycle marketing
Strong understanding of email marketing and customer engagement
Confident using CRM systems and analysing campaign performance
Creative thinker with excellent communication skills
Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple projects
A team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
