Part-time Credit Controller – Finance Team
📍On-site: London Bridge
We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Finance team as a part-time Credit Controller. This is a great opportunity for someone starting their career or looking to gain experience in finance.
Responsibilities include:
* Manage the weekly production and distribution of sales invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
· Proactively monitor and chase outstanding debt, maintaining strong relationships with customers to support timely collections
· Prepare and deliver bi-weekly aged debtor reports, providing clear updates and insights to management
· Set up and maintain customer accounts within the sales ledger, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date
· Support cash flow improvement by promoting and securing Direct Debit mandates, with incentives linked to successful uptake
Key skills:
* Good communication skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Willingness to learn and take initiative
* Basic knowledge of Excel (preferred but not essential)
No prior experience required – full training will be provided.
Salary: £25,000 FTE (£10,000 pro rata - 2 days per week)
