The shift pattern is working 3 days a week on a 2 week rota, including alternate weekends. The days and shifts are set, with no late evenings or nights.
Week 1 – Mon, Tue, Sat
Week 2 – Sun, Thur, Fri
All shifts are 07:30am to 18:00
You will be working for a charitable organisation in an elderly care home, who put the needs of the 60 residents and its staff first, and whose person-centred approach to care relies on the dedication and passion of our employees.
OVERVIEW
· Working in a Residential Care Home, you will be responsible for delivering a high quality catering service, planning menus with residents which are varied and interesting to meet individual tastes and dietary requirements.
· You will ensure the highest standards of nutrition, hygiene and safety.
· An experienced caterer is required, with good planning, budget and stock control abilities.
· You will have a recognised qualification in Food
· Care Home experience is preferred but not essential
