A growing fire & security projects division is seeking an ambitious Contracts Manager (Projects Manager) to join on a long-term growth path. The Role
As Contracts Manager, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of installation projects across the UK, ensuring high standards and operational excellence. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

Managing multiple fire/security installation projects ranging from £20k to £7M
*
Contributing to design and planning stages
*
Supporting estimation, reviewing tenders and assessing quotations
*
Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to regulatory standards
*
Acting as a key interface between internal teams, suppliers and clients
Strong knowledge of fire alarm systems (security systems knowledge advantageous)

A proactive and commercially focused mindset

Package & Benefits

Salary: £40,000 – £62,500 (DOE)

Car Allowance: £475/month

Annual Leave: 28 days incl. bank holidays + birthday off + option to buy up to 5 extra days
