Job Title: Construction Teacher (Alternative Provision)

About the Role
We are working in partnership with a welcoming and well-supported Alternative Provision in Wolverhampton, seeking a dedicated and hands-on Construction Teacher to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a genuine impact in a supportive setting.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging, practical construction lessons, including basic bricklaying skills
* Adapt teaching methods to support students with Autism and ADHD
* Create a structured, safe, and inclusive learning environment
* Support students in developing confidence, practical skills, and future employability
* Work closely with support staff and the wider school team
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
* Experience teaching construction or vocational subjects
* Knowledge of bricklaying and general construction skills
* Experience working with students with Autism and/or ADHD (desirable)
* Strong behaviour management skills
* A patient, resilient, and supportive approach
