We've got a good opportunity here with a privately owned London main contractor that's been around for 25 years. They're looking for an experienced Project Manager to help deliver two ยฃ30m new-build projects in South West London.
๐๐๐ฃ๐๐จ๐ฉ๐ค๐ฃ โ 9-๐จ๐ฉ๐ค๐ง๐๐ฎ ๐๐ค-๐ก๐๐ซ๐๐ฃ๐ ๐๐๐ซ๐๐ก๐ค๐ฅ๐ข๐๐ฃ๐ฉ, ๐๐ก๐ง๐๐๐๐ฎ ๐ช๐ฃ๐๐๐ง๐ฌ๐๐ฎ.
๐๐ช๐ฉ๐ฃ๐๐ฎ โ 200+ ๐๐๐๐ง๐ค๐ค๐ข ๐ฃ๐๐ฌ-๐๐ช๐๐ก๐ ๐๐ค๐ฉ๐๐ก, ๐ฅ๐ง๐ค๐๐ง๐๐จ๐จ๐๐ฃ๐ ๐ฉ๐ค๐ฌ๐๐ง๐๐จ ๐๐ค๐ฃ๐จ๐ฉ๐ง๐ช๐๐ฉ๐๐ค๐ฃ.You'll work alongside a Project Director, with dedicated site teams on both jobs and support from commercial, buying, technical and engineering.
So you're not expected to run ยฃ60m worth of construction with a mobile phone and a clipboard. But you will need to know what's going on, keep people moving and spot problems before they become expensive ones.
Who are we after?
A proper main contractor background.
Experience delivering ยฃ15mโยฃ40m+ new-build projects.
Residential, hotel, co-living or similar multi-storey experience.
Good understanding of D&B, programmes and design coordination.
Commercial awareness, common sense and the ability to get things done.Ideally, a Project Manager from a good small or medium-sized contractor who is used to taking responsibility rather than passing problems around.
There's also a potential ยฃ18m hotel extension in Vauxhall coming through the pipeline.
Up to ยฃ100kโยฃ110k + executive car allowance + travel. PAYE or Ltd Company arrangements considered.
