About the Role

The Construction Manager for this project will be responsible for the overall planning, coordination, and execution of the Civil and Groundwork package.

About the requirements

* Develop and manage budgets, schedules, and resources for RC Frame construction projects.

* Ensure compliance with all applicable codes and regulations.

* Resolve any construction-related issues.

* Coordinate the work of subcontractors and vendors.

* Inspect and approve work quality.

* Manage safety and risk on construction sites.

* Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Qualifications:

* 5+ years of experience in RC Frame construction.

* Strong project management and organizational skills.

* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
