Falcon Green is working with a specialist RC frame and civils contractor delivering a major structural package on a large-scale data centre development in Vienna. The overall project value is approximately €300m, with our client responsible for a €50m package.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Construction Manager with a strong background in RC frame and structural construction to join a growing contractor working across major projects in Europe.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day construction activities on site, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest quality standards.
* Oversee RC frame and structural packages, coordinating subcontractors and site teams.
* Maintain a strong site presence, driving productivity and ensuring smooth site operations.
* Work closely with the project team and main contractor to ensure successful project delivery.
* Monitor progress and resolve site issues to keep works moving efficiently.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Construction Manager or Senior Site Manager.
* Strong background working for an RC frame / structural subcontractor.
* Experience delivering large structural packages on major construction projects.
* Demonstrated longevity with previous employers.
* A hands-on, site-focused leader who is comfortable being on the ground rather than behind a desk.
* Data centre experience is beneficial but not essential.

* Salary circa €90,000 base
* Weekly tax-free subsistence (~€200)
