Construction Manager

We're looking for an experienced Construction Manager to join a high-end office fit-out project based in London Wall.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive manager with a strong background in commercial fit-out projects who can hit the ground running.

Project Details:

* 📍 Location: London Wall, London

* 📅 Start: Tomorrow

* ⏳ Duration: 4 weeks

* 🕖 Working Hours: 7:00am – 7:00pm

Responsibilities:

* Overseeing day-to-day site operations

* Managing subcontractors and coordinating trades

* Ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to a high standard

* Monitoring quality and compliance with health & safety regulations

* Liaising with the client, site team, and project stakeholders

* Maintaining site documentation and reporting progress

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Construction Manager on office/commercial fit-out projects

* Level 6 NVQ in Construction Site Management (or equivalent)

* Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid at Work certificates

* Strong leadership and communication skills

* Ability to start immediately

* Reliable and committed for the full 4-week project
