The Role
A well-established main contractor with a strong pipeline is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a growing division. Projects range from £10m-£50m and consist of complex refurbishment, CAT A and CAT B schemes.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Site Manager to take a lead role on high-value projects, oversee on-site delivery, and work within a business with strong cash reserves, clear growth plans, and exciting career progression opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the on-site delivery of complex refurbishment, CAT A, and CAT B projects
- Manage site teams, subcontractors, and day-to-day operations to ensure projects run safely, efficiently, and on schedule
- Monitor budgets, quality, and health & safety compliance
- Liaise with senior management, clients, and project teams to ensure smooth delivery
- Mentor and support junior site staff, fostering a high-performance culture
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering refurbishment, CAT A or CAT B projects
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams on projects valued from £10m-£50m
- Ability to drive projects to completion safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards
