* Manage penetrations, openings, fire stopping and associated details.

* Look ahead in the programme and resolve issues before they affect delivery.

* Manage Site Managers, Supervisors, subcontractors and site labour.

* Chair and contribute to subcontractor and coordination meetings.

* Monitor quality, progress, programme and site standards.

* Take ownership of allocated areas with minimal supervision.

Requirements

* Previous Construction Manager or strong Site Manager experience.

* Strong technical construction knowledge.

* Good understanding of buildability and construction sequencing.

* Experience managing multiple subcontract packages.

* Comfortable working closely with M&E and design teams.

* Healthcare, hospital, modular, complex fit-out or heavily serviced building experience would be advantageous.

Why Join?

This is a major specialist healthcare development with approximately two years of construction still to run, offering excellent continuity for the right person.

The project has a collaborative, hands-on culture with the opportunity to work on a technically challenging scheme and become a key part of the delivery team. There is also potential for a permanent opportunity longer term.
