Construction Management Service & Interface Manager

Construction Management Service & Interface Manager for a major Offshore Wind Developer based in Poland

Lead and coordinate transversal activities across construction and technical teams to ensure alignment and efficient execution.
Act as the primary interface between internal departments and external contractors during the offshore wind construction phase.
Manage and oversee auxiliary/supporting contracts, including but not limited to:
Ensure contractual compliance, performance monitoring, and timely delivery of services.
Support risk management and mitigation strategies related to interface and service contracts.
Facilitate regular coordination meetings and reporting to ensure transparency and progress tracking.
Collaborate with procurement, HSE, and project controls teams to optimize contract execution and interface management.

Requirements

Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in offshore wind or large-scale infrastructure projects.
Strong understanding of marine operations and vessel management.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in contract management and interface coordination
