Construction HSE Manager - Plant Expansion Project - Liverpool - £(Apply online only)/day outside IR35 - 18 months +
We're recruiting for an experienced Construction HSE Manager to support a large-scale expansion project to a vegetable processing plant
This is a site-based contract role, providing hands-on HSE leadership on a busy industrial construction site with multiple contractors and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day HSE activities on site
*
Ensure compliance with UK HSE legislation, CDM Regulations and client HSE standards/procedures
*
Review and manage RAMS, permits to work and method statements
*
Conduct site inspections, audits and toolbox talks
*
Manage incidents, near misses and corrective actions
*
Report HSE performance to the project and client teams
Requirements
*
Proven experience as a Construction HSE Manager or Senior HSE Advisor on industrial projects
*
Strong working knowledge of UK HSE legislation and CDM
*
Experience in process, food, FMCG, oils & fats, or manufacturing environments
*
NEBOSH General Certificate (Diploma preferred)
*
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, contractor-led site environment
