Construction Administrator

Project Administrator / Project Support needed to join a busy construction team on a live hospital project in Barnes. This is a long-term position and an excellent opportunity to work with an established Tier 1 contractor on a well-run site.
The role is primarily site administration, supporting the Project and Site Management team to keep the project compliant, organised and running efficiently. The position is 100% site-based — no hybrid working.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing day-to-day site administration
* Coordinating and carrying out site inductions for new operatives
* Maintaining Health & Safety records and site registers
* Checking and recording operatives’ CSCS cards, training and certifications
* Uploading and organising project documentation
* Assisting with document control processes
* Ordering materials, PPE and site consumables
* Maintaining trackers, registers and site records
* Taking meeting minutes and assisting with project reporting
* Liaising with subcontractors to ensure compliance documentation is submitted
* General administrative support to the Project Manager and site team
Requirements
* Previous construction site admin / project admin / project support experience
* Document Controller experience is highly desirable (but not essential)
* Good IT skills (Excel, Outlook and document systems such as Asite, Aconex, Viewpoint etc.)
* Strong organisation and attention to detail
* Confident communicating with subcontractors and site operatives
* CSCS card preferred
