A secondary school in Bedford is looking to appoint a skilled and motivated Computer Science / ICT Teacher for a long-term cover position, starting immediately and running through to the end of July.

About the Role:

Delivering Computer Science and/or ICT lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4

Preparing engaging, practical and theory-based lessons

Supporting pupils of varying abilities to achieve their potential

Marking, assessment and tracking of progress in line with department expectations

Upholding high standards of behaviour and classroom management

We Are Looking For:

A qualified teacher with QTS or an equivalent recognised qualification

Recent UK teaching experience within secondary education

Experience teaching Computer Science and/or ICT at KS3 and KS4

Strong subject knowledge and confidence with the current curriculum

A proactive, adaptable and professional approach

Essential Criteria:

Right to Work in the UK

UK teaching experience
