Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Support Workers to provide high-quality, person-centred care.

The ideal candidate will have a genuine desire to improve the quality of life for those in their care, demonstrating patience, empathy, and professionalism. This paid position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference while developing valuable skills in Complex Care and more.

You will be working on a full-time rota which will be given to you 3 months in advance, and you will be paid weekly. There are working days and night available.

Responsibilities

* Deliver personalised patient care, including assistance with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility support

* Administer medication and monitor health conditions in accordance with care plans

* Manual Handling and Hoist procedures

* Provide companionship and emotional support to clients

Experience

* Previous experience in Complex Care is essential

* Knowledge of patient care practices, including medication administration and behaviour management

* At least 6 months Complex UK care experience

* Valid driving licence is preferred for this role involving transportation responsibilities
