The Role
We are seeking an experienced Female Learning and Disabilities Support Worker to provide care and support to clients with complex needs, including:
* Low‑functioning learning disabilities
* Personal Care
* Cerebral palsy
* Autism
* Non-Verbal
You will deliver safe, compassionate, and person‑centred care in clients’ own homes, supporting daily living activities, mobility, and independence.
Essential Requirements
* Care Certificate (including Moving & Handling)
* Experience using ceiling hoists
* Previous experience supporting individuals with cerebral palsy and/or autism
* Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service
* Full UK driving licence with access to your own car and business insurance
* A reliable, respectful, and compassionate approach to care
* Minimum 12-month complex care experience
