We are seeking dedicated, compassionate, and reliable Complex Care Support Workers to join a care package supporting a client in Thaxted, Essex.

About the Client

The client has complex healthcare needs, including:

Transverse Myelitis

Deteriorating spinal condition

Paralysis

Bowel care requirements

Reduced mobility and dependence on support with daily living activities

Responsibilities

Providing personal care and support with activities of daily living

Delivering bowel care in line with care plans and training provided

Supporting with repositioning and pressure area care

Assisting with transfers and mobility needs

Monitoring wellbeing and reporting concerns appropriately

Promoting independence and social engagement

Maintaining accurate care records

Candidate Requirements

Previous experience working within complex care settings

Experience supporting clients with neurological conditions, spinal injuries, or paralysis is desirable

Confident delivering personal care

Excellent communication skills

Compassionate, reliable, and professional approach

Ability to work independently and as part of a wider care team
