This is an exciting opportunity to join a dedicated and supportive team where you'll play a crucial role in ensuring service users receive safe, person-centred care while supporting and coordinating our team of care professionals.

The Role
You'll be responsible for coordinating care services and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of operations, including:
Managing staff rotas and care schedules
Matching care workers to service users based on skills and availability
Responding to rota changes and arranging emergency cover
Liaising with service users, families and healthcare professionals
Supporting care planning and risk assessments
Conducting spot checks, quality assurance visits and competency assessments
Monitoring staffing levels, attendance and performance
Maintaining accurate records and care management systems
Assisting with recruitment, onboarding and induction of new staff
Processing timesheets and payroll information
Participating in the on-call rota (shared as appropriate)
Ensuring compliance with safeguarding and regulatory requirementsWhat We're Looking For
Essential
Experience in a Care Coordinator, Senior Care Worker, Care Supervisor or similar role
Understanding of domiciliary/community care services
Excellent organisation and scheduling skills
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
Good IT and administrative skills
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicleDesirable
NVQ Level 3 Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
Experience using electronic care planning systems
Previous experience in a regulated care environmentWhat We Offer
