Cordomus is looking for an organised, confident and personable Client Care & Lead Coordinator to help manage enquiries for our growing bathroom renovation business.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking to customers, keeping things organised and making sure no enquiry is missed.
The role will include:
Responding to new enquiries by phone, email, website, WhatsApp and lead platforms
Qualifying bathroom renovation enquiries
Booking surveys and appointments
Sending clients pre-survey information
Following up after appointments and estimates
Updating the CRM or lead tracker
Helping collect reviews and testimonials
Supporting the office and project team with client communication
The right person will be:
Organised and reliable
Comfortable speaking with homeowners
Good at following up politely and professionally
Able to keep accurate records
Confident using email, spreadsheets and CRM-style systems
Interested in interiors, bathrooms, property or construction
