We are currently recruiting for a reliable and hardworking Cleaning Supervisor to join a busy site in Peterborough.
We are looking for someone who is well presented, energetic, polite, and has a strong eye for detail.
Duties Include:
* Supervise and support cleaning staff on daily duties
* Assign tasks and monitor work quality standards
* Ensure all areas are cleaned and maintained properly
* Train new employees on cleaning procedures and safety
* Manage staff schedules and attendance
* Check and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
* Report maintenance issues and resolve cleaning concerns
* Maintain excellent customer service and professional standards
* Conduct regular inspections to ensure hygiene standards are met
