About the Role
We are looking for a reliable, local Cleaner for an immediate start today on a long-term commercial cleaning contract in Ashford.
This is a steady, part-time evening role offering 2 hours per day (5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday)-ideal for someone looking for consistent ongoing work to fit around daytime commitments.
Key Responsibilities
General cleaning, dusting, and wiping down of offices, reception areas, and facilities.
Vacuuming carpets, sweeping and mopping hard floor surfaces.
Cleaning, sanitizing, and restocking washrooms and toilet facilities.
Sweeping kitchen/canteen areas and emptying rubbish/recycling bins daily.
Ensuring all cleaning equipment and chemical stores are kept neat, secure, and compliant.
Requirements
Previous experience in commercial, office, or industrial cleaning.
Punctual, trustworthy, and able to work independently off a daily cleaning checklist.
PPE: Basic safety boots/footwear and neat attire.
CSCS Card: Not strictly required for standard commercial premises (if site-based, Green CSCS preferred).
Local to Ashford or with reliable transport for a 5:00 PM start time.
Right to work in the UK.
