Monday to Friday, 13:00 - 20:00
We are recruiting for a Cleaner to join a large, well-established medical company based in Witney. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity offering stability and progression within a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
Clean assigned and ad hoc areas to a high standard
Maintain a clean and tidy working environment
Manage equipment and assist with stock takes
Ensure equipment is properly sorted and in good working order
Report equipment defects promptly
Meet all work deadlines
Handle client queries efficiently to ensure satisfaction
Transport cleaning equipment and supplies as neededTrain other employees on cleaning procedures
Maintain and manage documentation to company standards
Suggest improvements and take corrective action Ensure compliance with laws and regulations
Compliance & Standards
Adhere to all Health & Safety regulations and Fire Policy
Report hazards promptly to management
Follow company/client procedures when handling customer feedback or complaints
Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and uniform presentation
Comply with strict site guidelines and procedures
Participate in training to continuously improve performance
Proactively suggest improvements and take corrective action where needed
Carry out any other reasonable duties as requested by management
What We’re Looking For
Previous supervisory experience in cleaning or facilities management
Strong organisational and leadership skills
A hands-on, proactive approach
Good understanding of health and safety practices
