O'Neill & Brennan is currently recruiting for a Cleaner with own tools to start work on busy construction site in Coventry. working on a brand-new project, with a mixture of schemes from Housing, commercial. We are looking for a Welfare cleaner Please note there is no parking on site. This will be an ongoing position for the right operative. Must be Coventry based.
Working hours are from 7:30am to 5pm - Monday to Friday. (This could be subject to change on site).
All applicants MUST have CSCS and must have cleaning experiences No parking on the site.
Cleaner duties:
- Cleaning welfare units
- Cleaning construction site toilets
- Clean tools, equipment, and materials storage areas as needed.
- Cleaning site office areas
- General upkeep to ensure a safe, hygienic, and professional environment
- Working independently and using initiative to manage tasks effectively
- Empty bins and dispose of waste appropriately.

To be successful the candidate must have:
- CSCS Card
- PPE (This can be provided if required)
- Proof of Right to Work in the UK
- Must be Coventry Based
- Experience within a similar role
- Proven experience in cleaning roles with a strong background
