Fish shop fryer required for a busy fish and chip shop in the South Shields area, £32-34k/per year, 5 day week. This is a busy chip shop, so you will need experience in runing the fryer and make sure the food is cooked to the standard and that you manage the stock levels during your shift.
The role
As a fryer, you will ensure the batter is made, the fish is battered and fried in the right quantaties, the chips are fried off and the other hot items are cooked and in the hot plate for the servers to wrap up. This chip shop fryer role will include all the standard Fryer duties.
Experience
we are looking for a fish and chip shop fryer with expeirence with a busy shop, able to fry off the fish and chips and other items, you will have good hygiene and frying skills. You will be organised.
