Our well-established client based in the Halesowen area are currently recruiting for a Chinese Speaking Customer Service Advisor to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.
Main duties of the Chinese Speaking Customer Service Advisor role include:
* Handle incoming enquiries via telephone and email
* Liaise with suppliers in Hong Kong
* Process customer orders
* Input data into the system
* Arrange collections and deliveries
* Manage customer complaints
* General administration duties as required
The ideal candidate will:
* Be able to communicate fluently in both English and Cantonese
* Have previous Customer Service/Administration experience
* Have excellent IT skills
This is a full time, permanent role working Monday to Friday and is fully office based.
