The Role
Urgently required Registered Manager for a children’s residential home supporting young people aged 11–18 with social, emotional & behavioural needs, including LAC.
You’ll lead day-to-day operations, ensure Ofsted compliance, and provide strong, visible leadership to a settled team.
Key Duties
* Overall management of the children’s home
* Lead & support Deputy, Seniors & Care Staff
* Ofsted compliance & inspection readiness
* Safeguarding & risk management
* Rotas, staffing & budgets
* Recruitment & Schedule 2 (SC2)
Essential
* Level 5 Leadership & Management (Residential Childcare)
* Previous Registered Manager / Ofsted experience
* Minimum 2 years managing children’s residential services
* LAC & safeguarding experience
* Full UK driving licence
