Aspire People are currently recruiting graduates to support pupils within primary schools, particularly those with **SEND, SEMH, Autism, ADHD, and additional learning needs**.
This role provides invaluable hands-on experience for graduates considering careers in educational psychology, therapy, teaching, mental health, social work, or progression towards becoming a SENCO.
Working within a school allows you to apply your knowledge of child development, behaviour, and emotional wellbeing while making a genuine difference to children's lives.
**The Role:**
* Supporting pupils with additional learning and emotional needs
* Working alongside teachers and SENCOs to implement support strategies
* Delivering 1:1 and small-group interventions
* Supporting emotional regulation and communication development
* Building positive relationships with pupils and families where appropriate
* Encouraging confidence, independence, and engagement in learning
**The Ideal Candidate:**
* Degree in Child Psychology, Psychology, or a related subject
* Passion for working with children
* Interested in SEND and inclusive education
* Patient, resilient, and empathetic approach
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
