The Role
You’ll manage your own caseload of care proceedings and work closely with clients, colleagues and external agencies. Key duties include:
* Running care-related cases from instruction to conclusion
* Providing clear, empathetic client advice and updates
* Advocacy at court hearings and key meetings
* Supervising and supporting junior team members
* Liaising with social services, guardians, and professionals
* Time recording, billing, and ensuring regulatory compliance

* Qualified Solicitor with experience in family care law
