To take a leading role in the delivery of water and land based recreation activities.
Lead and supervise members of staff in different tasks such as: Hire, launch and tuition of courses for a range of activities including sailing, windsurfing, kayaking and canoeing.
To supervise the camping operations.
To assist in the development of all site activities.
Be responsible for maintaining all water craft and equipment at your centre and ensure regular maintenance and condition monitoring is undertaken and recorded.
