Chef Manager – Term-Time | £25,000 | Monday–Friday
Location: Molesey
Working Hours: 7:30am–3.00pm (35 hours per week)
Working Weeks: 39 weeks per year (term time & inset days)
Are you a passionate and confident leader who loves creating fresh, nutritious food and delivering an exceptional dining experience? We’re looking for a Chef Manager to oversee a busy catering operation and lead a dedicated team.
What You’ll Be Doing:
As our Chef Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day running of the kitchen, including:
* Leading and motivating a team dedicated catering staff
* Designing and delivering high-quality, seasonal menus
* Ensuring smooth, efficient service every day
* Managing budgets, stock, ordering, and supplier relationships
* Maintaining the highest food safety and health & safety standards
* Creating a positive, supportive team culture
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience as a Chef Manager or Senior Chef in a similar setting
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Passion for fresh food and outstanding service
* Excellent understanding of HACCP, allergens, and food hygiene standards
* Confident managing budgets and operational processes
