Chef de Partie – Private School, Leatherhead

Looking for: Experienced Chef de Partie with a passion for great food and a clear Enhanced DBS (Child Workforce).

The role:

* Private school kitchen in Leatherhead

* Monday to Friday, 07:30 – 14:00/15:00

* Contract catering with ongoing bookings

Key Duties:

* Prepare and cook high-quality meals for students and staff

* Assist in menu planning and daily kitchen operations

* Maintain high standards of food hygiene and presentation

* Supervise and support junior kitchen staff when required

* Ensure stock is managed effectively and kitchen equipment is well maintained
